My question is if we are unable to go to Black Hat in Vegas, is there some alternative like to choose a course or something ? Because my business is very important and have some planned things these days but we&#039;ll see...

I am from Serbia, and here, the fee of 50$ is way too much for something like hacking tournament. Maybe you should take in concern the fact that you will drastically limit number of participants because of money.
I sincerely hope that in the future will be more such events that will provide a chance to everyone participate.
